PROPOSED COMMITTEE FOR SOCIAL ACTIVITIES BY SOCA

PROPOSED ACTIVITIES:
- Monetary help to deserving I MBBS students:
- Meritorious students (Govt. Colleges/Govt. quota students in Private colleges)- Proof of Higher Secondary mark sheets duly attested by a Gazetted Officer
- Annual income of parents less than Rs.60,000/- (Proof of income from local govt. authorities in the cadre of VAO, Municipal Commissioner, District Administrative Officer)
- Photo identity with address proof issued by government
- Monetary help to deserving poor patients:
- Annual income less than Rs.60,000/-(Proof of income from local govt. authorities in the cadre of VAO, Municipal Commissioner, District Administrative Officer)
- Diagnosis report
- Estimated cost of treatment
- Photo identity with address proof issued by government
PLAN OF ACTION:
- One request from each zone will be considered in a year (June – May)
- The members will forward the requests from their zones to the committee head
- The issue will be discussed by other zone members and replied to head within 10 days
- The amount would be collected from interested members via e-mail request
- The interested members can pay by DD consulting the head of the committee
- The necessary help would be done to the deserving persons
- The persons who got the monetary help will be presented in the annual GB meeting
- The accounts of the committee will be scrutinized by Head of Committee, Committee members and duly authorized by the President and Treasurer of SOCA
